Cressida Cains, Pecora Dairy

Cressida Cains 2020 AgriFutures Rural Women's Award  NSW/ACT winner and national runner up and co-founder of Pecora Dairy, the face of For the Love of Ag.

Cressida co-founded Pecora Dairy, an artisan sheep milk dairy and cheesery located in Robertson in 2011. Producing rich, creamy milk for making sensational globally recognised ewes milk cheeses. The light-handed approach Cressida takes, utilising a philosophy of gentleness on the land and towards the ewes is pivotal to producing such high-quality cheese.
